Hi everyone! Welcome to the Waffle Flower March 2022 Release Blog Hop! I’m happy to be hopping with the folks from Waffle Flower to show you all the fun new stuff awaiting you on the Waffle Flower website! Be sure to check out each stop in today’s blog hop for fun, inspiration, and chances to win some of these new release goodies!

It’s finally getting warmer in my neck of the woods, and it’s been feeling very Spring-y! All the new stamps, dies, and stencils are definitely adding to my Spring mood. In my first card, I used the new Designer Template 2 set. The Designer Template sets are curated collections of dies that can be mixed and matched to make a variety of card layouts. They have themes or elements that run through the set that make them easier to combine. The Designer Template 2 set has a flower/leaf theme with a common dotted detail. I don’t know about you, but the matching dotted detail just makes me 😀!

This next card also uses the Designer Template 2 set but this time I used a vine texture die and some of the flower dies in the set. There are 2 vine texture dies (2 different lengths) that just cut the dotted vine design. I love the look of textured backgrounds and think that they add that little extra something to cards. For the flowers, I used both of the flower dies in the set and colored each die cut with Copics. The centers are white enamel dots. The cute little sentiment is from the Personal Sentiments set which I will get to in just a moment 😉

Now this next card has some stamps and dies that were sooooo much fun to play with! The stamps are from the new Hand Delivered set from illustrator Kamo. This set has the charming characters that Kamo is known for, but it also has a unique twist. This set has two characters (a boy and a girl) and has various “deliveries” that you can layer over each character, so it looks like they are carrying the delivery. Here’s what I’m talking about…

I took advantage of the design of this stamp set to make an interactive card. I created a see-through window in the front of the card using a die from the Personal Envelope dies set and acetate. Then I attached the gift die cut to the front of the acetate. With the card closed, she’s carrying the huge gift, and when you open it, you just see the cute gal!

As you can see this is a smaller sized card. Mini is always cuter, right? The new card size is the new Personal Card and Personal Envelope die set. These kind of cards are made to be given in person and not mailed. With the coordinating Personal Envelope die set and the Personal Sentiments, you can make the perfect gift and floral arrangement enclosures, lunchbox notes, and gift card holders.
