Just a quick post today about blender brushes! I’m always on the lookout for items to store pens, scissors, pencils, and now, brushes. I use my WFC small blender brushes a lot for highlight ink blending and ink blending small die cuts, so I like to keep them on my work desk all the time. Since they’re out all the time, I like having storage that looks good but it has to be functional too. Here’s my top 3 favorite ways to store small blender brushes so far.
This first option is probably my favorite at the moment for multiple reasons. I have a bunch of these silicone makeup brush holders from different sources, but this particular one is very squishy and works for teeny brushes all the way to the bigger ones. I also like that the silicone part is less grippy and the brushes are easy to remove from the holder with one hand. Plus, I like that each brush has it’s own spot and is easy to find. I was actually able to fit 36 brushes in this one!
Another holder I have been using is this caddy with a handle. I really like that you can easily take this caddy with you and that the cups are removable. The brushes are fine in this caddy, but I’m thinking this one may be a better option for my copics or watercolor brushes.
Last but not least, this option wins for cuteness and cost. These little terracotta pots are actually yogurt pots. I’ve been collecting these little cuties and love using them for craft supplies, plants, candles, etc. The brand is La Fermieré but there’s other brands that have clear pots too. So cute.
So which one is your favorite? Or do you have another great storage idea I should try? I’d love to hear what you think!
Aloha, jj
